❤ Green Smoothie Junkie

My normal morning routine always includes a green drink (or two) for breakfast. This morning, I had a huge bunch of organically grown spinach so I decided to use that as my base in my green drink I usually start with a couple of handfuls of greens, toss it in the blender and then toss in what ever fruit I have around.

I had a bunch of organic baby bananas (not sure of the correct name, this is how its termed in Venezuela)). Baby/Nino banana is about three inches long. When they are ripe, they turn bright yellow and have a rich, sweet flavor, and creamy texture. This is one of the smallest and sweetest bananas around. It is an excellent source of heart-healthy vitamin B6.
So I decided to use a couple of the bananas, and organically grown fresh mango slices the bananas and mango blended perfectly with the spinach and made a completely tasty, filling, refreshing green smoothie! Recipe:

1 cup banana
1 cup mango
2 cups spinach
1 cup coconut water

1. Blend in high-speed blender until smooth.

*You can add ice made from live water.
